Are you looking for a stretching exercise class which helps your posture, where you use breath control throughout all the postures and totally relax? Yoga based Relax and Stretch classes can help you unwind, improve your health, relieve tension and stress, make you more supple and strong and much more. Postures are carried out on a mat in the lying, seated, kneeling and standing positions. Each class ends with 10-15 min. deep relaxation period, to really enhance the posture work. Yoga works on the whole body as well as the mind, enabling them to work synergistically.
